 Tips for video calling

Test network connection speed(open the link and click " GO "). If the result is less than 2mb download and 2mb upload speeds, then you may experience issues with speed or other problems with your video connection.

 

If the connection is lost during the call, please click the " Rejoin " button that appears on screen.

Video connection works best with Chrome-browsers on Windows and Android devices. Firefox and the latest Chromium-based Edge browsers are also supported on Windows devices. Android devices also support e.g. Firefox and Samsung Browser browsers. On Apple iOS and Mac OS devices, video calling currently only works in Safari browsers (browser version 11 and later).
